The Process

We offer consultations through FaceTime or Zoom. You can download the free Zoom app onto your smartphone or visit Zoom.us to use a computer with a webcam. (Make sure your Audio is turned on.) Our office can exchange documents in a manner that is most convenient for each client. Documents can be exchanged through mail, fax, or email. Most conveniently, you can also fill out and sign necessary paperwork using DocuSign. This allows you to easily fill out and sign paperwork without needing to print paperwork or wait on the mail. Due to the Coronavirus, the Bankruptcy Court has eliminated the requirement of wet signatures so that clients can sign documents safely from home.
